Cint'ti Galv Co vintage kitchen hand tool
I call this is ricer - which is actually used for making mashed potatoes.
Heavy duty body - with remains of green paint.
Aluminum sieve that is removable.  Just rotate to line up the nubs and it slides out.
Hand washed.
