    VERY RARE 1999 DART FLIPCARDS INC LIMITED EDITION PEPSI PROMO BEAR MADE FOR THE 1999 ATLANTA NATIONAL FEDERATION OF THE BLIND CONVENTION.
    The 1999 convention of the National Federation of the Blind was held for the first time, at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, 265 Peachtree Center Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia.
    The Visually Impaired 9" Beanie Bear is wearing his sunglasses to signify he is blind and protect his eyes from harmful UV rays.  He has on a red ball cap that is turned backwards. He has the MD logo embroidered on his belly. Embroidered on his back is Mountain Dew 1999 ATLANTA NATIONAL.
    He is in like new condition.
